This fresh salad with an Asian twist is perfect for a spring or summer’s day and shouldn’t take more than an hour – why not add it to your weekend BBQ menu?
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, pour over the steaks and leave for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat your grill on a medium-high heat, leave for eight-10 minutes.
Put the steaks on a grill tray and grill for three minutes on each side.
Once the steaks are out of the oven, cover them with foil and let them rest for another five minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad with the dressing and arrange on a platter. Thinly slice the rested steak across the grain and add to the salad. Drizzle with remaining juices and gently toss to combine.
